European Holiday Cookie Class
Join us this fall for a European cookie class! All ingredients and tools will be provided. The class will demonstrate a number of formulas with a focus on technique, shaping, and baking. Each participant will take home a large decorative tin full of cookies from the class. Don't miss this!

About the event
Hosted by Far Breton Bakery owner Marie Young, this class will provide an easy walk-through of various classical European style holiday baked goods. Learn macarons, ladyfingers, shortbreads, and other cookie classics. The class will complete each cookie style fully, covering technique and baking. Each participant can look forward to bringing a tin of each type of cookies home! All tools and equipment provided.Â
