Pastry Chef Workshop

A four-part workshop every Saturday morning in January. We'll cover pastry chef classics such as shaping laminated dough, choux paste and pastry cream, tart crusts and fillings, as well as basic French breads. Participants will get to take home their creations every week! Tools/materials included.

About the event

Beginner's pastry chef workshop with Marie - we'll cover shaping laminated dough for the February classes. All participants will get to bring home freshly made pastries! Tools and materials for every class are included - please bring yourself and wear closed toe/slip free shoes.
