About the event

In the first class, we will be rolling out croissant dough and forming various classic pastries such as morning buns, all butter croissants, pain au chocolat, and galettes. We'll also have an in depth discussion of bakery science and chemistry as well as discussing various types of bakery supplies and their end result. At the end of the class, we'll have a pastry sampling and everyone will be taking a selection of the finished pastries home. 

Each participant will be provided with an apron and workshop tools, and will take home a selection of pastries and/or breads made during the workshop. Participants should bring a hat or head scarf to cover hair, as well as wearing slip resistant closed toe shoes. *FEED Kitchen is a shared facility where peanuts, gluten, seafood, milk, eggs, treenuts, soy and other allergens may be present. Please notify Far Breton Bakery of any and all food allergens in advance.*
