About the event

Chef Marie-Arzel Young will be hosting this one-time workshop at Far Breton Bakery. In the theme of Valentine's Day, we will be covering some pastry chef basics, such as choux paste and various baked custards as well as more complex chocolate and hot sugar desserts. Intermediate baking level.
