Happy Spring! We will be open this week Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - closed for Easter Sunday so our staff can be with their families. Then our regular schedule resumes (Thursday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.) until the Fourth of July (closed July 1 & 2nd). If you feel like celebrating - the bakery's grand opening will be April 14th with a big ribbon and some keynote speakers. Come join us!
Next month, we'll be stretching our production to bring the bakery trailer to the Northside Farmers Market on May 14 (Mothers Day) and I have a surprise tucked up my sleeve for a new fantastic product to be dropped exclusively at the Northside Farmers Market. Oooo! We aren't quite there to tackle the Dane County Farmers Market, so I've asked to delay our membership until next year.
We'll also be announcing dates to visit Eau Claire for the fabulous Food Truck Friday event when our attendance is confirmed. Always a fun road trip for the bakery team, and wonderful to reconnect with old French Confection patrons from 2003-2009.
We will likely take a longer, two week break in August so the entire team can catch their breath before heading into fall and winter. Actual date TBA.
Thanks again to all of you who continue to support our bakery, rain/shine/snow. We love to bring you the best of our baking week after week, and we truly value our connection with you!
In service with love,
Marie and the Team of Far Breton Bakery
P.S. an article about our mascot! LOL

Hi Marie, will you be offering classes again soon? I was in the cancelled laminated dough class and would love to be able to take it!
