FAR ON FORDEM!

Our main announcement: we will be at our soon-to-be storefront at 1924 Fordem Avenue with our tiny trailer this weekend! Super exciting :) :) :) We have to wait for an inspection before we can move into the actual building for retail sales, but it will be worth the wait!


Dress warmly this weekend and meet us out front of the old New Orleans takeout building for fresh pastries starting this Friday through Sunday!


Our next piece of BIG NEWS: we got our acceptance letter for the Dane County Farmers Market - WOOT! This bit is a real game changer, and we will be looking for experienced pastry chefs to add to our team in January 2023.

With a donation of any size, you'll receive a gift card the first week of December for the same dollar value amount, plus $5 in "thank you", to buy pastries from Far Breton Bakery at our storefront or any popup location. These funds become part of our down payment money towards our construction funds of a commercial kitchen on Fordem.


Updates our locations on the "where to find us" section. The Old Fashioned joins our select wholesale outlets on Saturdays with freshly baked spiced sugar buns, along with Jenifer Street Market with spiced sugar buns and kouign ammans on Sundays. We are still shipping to both Menomonie Market Food Co-ops in Eau Claire and Menomonie.


A very special mention to Bryant and the community of Garver Feed Mill for hosting the bakery trailer at Garver these last few months while we figured out where to land the bakery. Zoe at Z's Boutique has also provided invaluable counsel, and wonderful Instagram posts for the bakery. We are so grateful for these collaborations!
