Thank you so much for supporting our Indiegogo Campaign! Our polyurea floor was applied by CertiPro Painters, just in time to move our newly expanded team to the old New Orleans Take Out kitchen space. We are all feeling very lucky to have a big room, with both windows AND air conditioning. Anyone who has worked in a commercial kitchen will know how rare and wonderful cold air and natural light are in a kitchen environment!
So, we have now completed Stage 3 of our planned build out - and the next stages 4 & 5 will involve transforming our building's garage into another production area (Stage 4) and a dedicated oven room (Stage 5). We will be working with lenders at this point to secure larger amounts of funding. And we are very fortunate to have the services of SP Architecture who is helping us with a meticulous plan of action for these upcoming stages.
Please note that we will be closed for the holiday weekend of July 1-2, and then closed from August 17th through August 30th for construction. As always, we are absolutely thriving with your wonderful support - thank you for making Far Breton Bakery a success story.
