The Queen of Sheba is a flourless almond chocolate cake with gingerbread spice notes, marmalade jam, and candied fruit. Our Buche de Noel is a cocoa sponge with chantilly cream, candied cranberry and candied mint garnish with a dark chocolate ganache. With the uptick in pre-orders - you can now decided which day you want to order these or any of our other delectable bakery treats!
