Hello All,
Not a ton a time to write a lengthy missive, but an exciting update: our second electric oven will arrive Monday to plug and play! We have some furniture and equipment to move around but I expect to begin production at our physical store next week. A little bittersweet goodbye to the fine folks at FEED Kitchens, tomorrow morning will be our last production at their facility. A huge thanks to Chris Brockell and the excellent care and support we have received from the FEED community that got us over this finish line.
I hope to announce a Grand Opening Celebration for late March/early April and hope you will all join us on a Friday morning to usher the bakery's new era in style! Stay tuned...
